Official Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility and How to Enter
Members of the ASHA Schools Connect Conference are eligible by having filled in the contest form on the Puppet Academy website between June 15 -25th, 2022. You can not enter more than once during the contest period. Void where prohibited by law and ASHA employees as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees’ immediate family members, etc., are ineligible to participate in the contest/giveaway.

2. Agreement to Rules 
By entering the Puppet Academy contest, you agree to our Official Rules and decisions. We have a right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion and as a participant, you agree to accept the decision as final and binding.

3. Entry Period
The contest period is 12 AM EST June 15, 2022 to 12PM EST July 25, 2022. This is the time in which Puppet Academy will receive and accept entries.

4. Prizes
One winner will receive a $100 (US Dollars) Gift Certificate from Amazon. Prizes are not transferable and may be substituted only at Puppet Academy’s discretion. Acceptance of the prize grants Puppet Academy permission to use the Winners entry, name, and likeness for a social media announcement.

5. Odds
The odds of winning is dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

6. Selection and Notification of the Winner
Puppet Academy will choose the winner randomly, at 4 pm EST on July 27, 2022 from the list of contest entries, and the winner will be notified by email. In the event that the winner does not claim the prize within one week, the prize will be forfeited. Puppet Academy is not liable for the winner’s failure to receive notification of winning if he or she provided a wrong email address or incorrect phone number or if their email security settings caused your prize notification to go into the spam or junk folder.

7. Terms & Conditions
Under the Terms & Conditions section, Puppet Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest/giveaway.

We also have the right to disqualify anyone who violates the terms, as well as your rights to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the legal operation of the promotion.

8. Limitation of Liability
Specify how the participant’s entry into your contest or giveaway constitutes his or her agreement to release and hold harmless the Sponsor (your company) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, etc., against all claims liability, illness, injury, death, loss, etc., that occurs directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the awarded prize.

9. Disputes
Disputes will be handled solely at Puppet Academy’s discretion.

10. Privacy Policy
Entrants contact information is subject to our privacy policy here *website. We adhere to International and state laws on collecting consumer data.
